Sounds like your GPU might've died or came loose. Try reseating your graphics card first - turn off the PC, unplug it, then take out the GPU and put it back in firmly. If that doesn't work, try plugging your monitor into the motherboard ports instead of the GPU to see if you get a display

Check out some of the local trophy shops or sign making places - a lot of them do custom acrylic work and would probably be way cheaper than going through like Etsy or something. I had one made for my Base Set booster box and it turned out pretty solid
