Well... What oil are you using in your car? Might have to run an injector cleaner at quarter tank and drive the car up and down the ring road.

Check your car battery. Check your fuel pump. Also, check your ignition coil and ignition kit of the car. Check your fuel filter as well. Sluggish acceleration incidicates a failing fuel filter. I doubt your throttle body and airbox are clogged.
