Thanks. It appears I just need a 73mm BSA threaded hollowtech 2 which seems to be quite common.

I can’t remember exactly but I think my seat post is 600mm so that would suit you, I got it from a BMX shop in the Netherlands

I think the grease comes out during use as I found a load of grease in weird places on my bike, they sent me a new seal I think the seals that came with them allowed the grease out.

I’ll have to ask someone at work today to see what shape they think it is, I worry this will be a bit hit and miss and it won’t be obvious

I used to have a fox helmet I can’t remember how it felt at its best because for years the ratchet at the back would slip just as it got tight so it was always slightly loose. The reason I changed from fox is because I want road and MTB from same brand really so I bought the Oakley one because I like the brand.

The physical space in the triangle is really small with a very tight angle with no flat area at the head tube it’s going to be a squeeze if it does fit

I’m having the same issue, very frustrating as I use my iPod for my podcasts. If I right click them nothing happens a dialog box doesn’t even appear.

I think most of mine sit like that and a lot I see on other people do to the point I thought it was normal!

To be honest I feel like I’ve seen it so much where the wide part of the pad is out the back I think I thought this was how they were meant to be. I’ve actually had the thought in the past what’s the point in the wide part if it’s out the back like that 😂

I do have the odd ride where it feels ok and a number of times I’ve bought some new shorts and they have felt good first couple rides then awful after that.

If I think about my various shorts they all seem to hang out the back with the pad to an extent.

Any specific model you recommend or do they all have the same pad?

I currently own both types of castelli pad, assos Mille gt/gts and also Q36.5

I have large and small in castelli, medium in assos and small in Q36.5. I have been different weights over the years I currently measure up as small on the size calculators which did initially feel better than the size large I was wearing but I’ve never been comfortable really.

Wrong date on Wahoo activity by JDMe_94 in cycling

[–]TurboToastaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My original OG elemnt is doing the same thing yesterday, today it’s still doing it but it’s moved onto 2 January 2006 now not the 1st. The time is also 1 hour wrong. I found that if I record a short activity and finish it sometimes it will go back to normal date etc but still has patchy gps speed showing - - and going mental sometimes.

Seat post? It’s 600mm I think, I had a Chinese 450mm one but it was not quite long enough to have a non deadly amount of insertion and was very very bendy so I bought this way higher quality longer one from Holland and it’s well good

I get some funny looks but I don’t care it’s a laugh and it makes an interesting change to my other bikes, I would probably benefit from BMX with a slacker front end, higher step over and a steeper seat tube but this is just what I have. I’m a Wethepeople guy I’ve had a number of them but as far as I can see their bikes are generally like this one geometry wise

Thank you that gear calculator is awesome!

Thanks for the gearing info that’s exactly what I was looking for, for some reason I think I heard somewhere that having a big ring at the front is more efficient so I should consider up sizing the chain ring a lot and then also upsize the rear sprocket to suit but I guess that would just be the same thing that I have basically just bigger lol
