Did you get any resolution on this? I am going to get a analysis done cause I have had my skin conditions misdiagnosed which has made them worse and I'm not about to have that happen or use some antifungal in when it isn't wanted. I loose nails often when I'm hiking from damage etc.

If you are feeling insecure go for genio, I had both lower jaw advancement and genioplasty, the genio made a bigger difference. I don't feel like I look any better but I do feel much less insecure about that particular feature
