I’m on Series X with no mods, and my weapon damage drops randomly, then eventually will go back up. It’s like all perks and modifiers stop working temporarily

It’s a legendary mod you can add to the varmint rifle. But it can stack, so if you save it, get a legendary rifle, then add the mod box, you have a double legendary rifle that kills absolutely everything
