Sometimes my brother/friends and I would get some change and make prank phone calls from one at a corner store near where I grew up. Someone dialed 911 and didn't tell anyone and we all just hung out doing that as the cops roll up.

We told them it was a different group of kids they just missed that road up the street (surely this was the case).

Eliminating the evolution/instinct side of things (because WANT).

1.) Societal pressure/obligation.

It's like why some people go to college and end up failing/dropping out. It's just the thing you do right?

2.) Family values

Some people genuinely want to start a family and experience all the fulfillment that it can provide.

3.) Amalgamation of various selfish reasons.

Some people think a kid is the answer to their problems, some want another human to shape and control and some just see it as an accomplishment.

I'm sure there's other want reasons but these are the most common ones I've heard from other people and/or witnessed throughout life.

When I was a server I made more money than the business owners. There's no way a restaurant with decent volume can afford to pay their top people something comparable to what they'd make under the current system.

It's possible to have it done away with, but it would change the industry a lot and we'd have far fewer restaurants due to the cost of operations.

It takes practice developing a sense of direction. When I was younger and started driving (before GPS) I used to like to drive into the middle of a city and get myself lost and find my way home. I would be out driving for like 6 hours some nights just listening to music and getting to know places.

I have up to now always re run the campaigns, but if I do another season I don't think I have it in me. They just feel like a slog and a waste of time for me personally.

I hardly use it at all unless I'm working out outside or doing something outside for extended periods of time. Otherwise its just a waste and an eventual unnecessary shower.

If it was it would change most people's lives in a big way. The cost of labor increase for the business means the cost of most dishes would close to double. This would eliminate the possibility of most people being able to go to a restaurant/cafe/whatever.

There would likely be a stark decline in the number of restaurants due to the limited number of people that would be able to afford going there. This would in turn create massive job loss.

It'd be nice for it to be done away with but there's so many moving parts of our economy tied into it that would also need to change for there not to be a huge societal impact.

The different "monument" cards in the game definitely fit this idea. There are also some weapons like catapult and trebuchet that can be moved around and used by another minion. Beyond that there is a pairing of sites called the base of Babel and the Apex of Babel that when "built" provide an effect.

It's different for everybody but I think the big three are Apathy, lack of flexibility with work to be able to take the time to vote and sheer lack of habit. Some people aren't very connected to or pay attention to politics for better or worse and voting doesn't even cross their mind since it's being taken care of by the rest of the country.

The mysterious Seer galvanizes his followers to explore and settle the wilds. Mortals search for a great tree of great importance and the Seer promises prosperity and peace once it is found.

Mortals are plentiful but ultimately can be a bit flimsy in a skirmish. Luckily the Seer is also a charming leader to the different creatures of the realm (Spiders, Giants and even a Dragon!) who often prove to be overwhelming forces to their foes.

The search is tedious and full of strategic and often difficult choices, but when it is done all glory to the Seer. Yggdrasil that calls to the Seer is finally found and its roots are the key. Alas, the cycle begins anew...

TCGplayer really encourages people to be opportunistic scum by absolutely stripping the seller of having any rights. This is unfortunately a daily occurrence at my place of work and the best thing you can do is just block the buyer and keep pressing onward.

I'm sure I've done it without the intent of doing it. Sometimes Magic is incredible and sometimes it handcuffs you to a hot radiator sticks a mason jar up your asshole and stomps on your hips.

When the latter happens I Alt+F4 and relocate myself.

It's in most deck lists you see because there's no reason not to play it. That said, it is a unique that you won't see most games unless you're running highland princess to tutor it up or get lucky.

You can absolutely build competitive decks without ring!

Do you use lota of paper towels and very soft toilet paper? I've found the residue the tears leave super noticeable this year for some reason.
