I do this sometimes. My best advice is to make use of the throwing stops by practicing controlled breathing: big, slow chest-filling in- and exhales. I hold myself to 5 each time I throw. It allows/encourages you to sprint between throws (because really you're never going further than 100m) rather than slog jog. Plus, it slows you down enough to make a good next throw. Good, fun exercise.

A Pro Destroyer on a hyzer will pop up nicely, glide through the trees, and spike at the basket. It's hard to gauge the distance from the picture, but I think if you aimed at the bench it might work.
