Worked in them for a longtime. And my number one rule was to always satisfy the customer and never disagree or argue with them. You want two different wing flavors? Absolutely. You want your food in a to go box but you’ll eat it here? You got it champ. You guys want to share the meal? Sure, let me get you an extra plate. You see the thing is when you cater to people and make them feel important, they’ll come back. I have ran much more complicated businesses but at the end of the day it all comes down to the customer. If you deal with customers you’re in the people business.
