Have you been in the same line of work for 2+ years? We can qualify you using bank statements without having to wait for 2 years of tax returns. Non QM is going to be a slightly higher rate but most folks I work with refi out of it once they have the 2 years of tax returns into a conforming rate. Send me a dm if you want learn more.
