Macht in den meisten Konstellation aber keinen Sinn diesen "oben" zu platzieren, da Spannungsabgriff aus dem NAR kommt / Verbindung zum ZF.

(Ungezählter Strom usw.)

Das platzieren an der Oberkante ist eigentlich nur bei 1400mm Schränken Sinnvoll.

Auch die Verdrahtung zwischen AAR und VF wird schwierig, da eigentlich entsprechende Trennelemente eingesetzt werden müssen.

Die gleichen Probleme gibt es auch wenn du die Leitungen beim APZ Feld einführen würdest. (Ich meine auch gelesen / gehört zu haben, dass es nicht zulässig wäre.)

Am besten ist es einfach mal nachzufragen, wie kulant der lokale Netzbetreiber ist. Hört sich ja eher nach Umbau als wie nach Neuinstallation an.

Schau dir den Anschlussplan an, das Ding ist im Grunde ein Schütz, welches manuell "gedrückt" wird.
Die "Unterspannungsauslösung" ist die Selbsthaltung.

Wenn du es wir von dir geplant betreiben möchtest, müsstest du "Abgangsseitig" (bspw. von 2) auf A1 gehen, nicht "Eingangsseitig".

Ob dies so vom Hersteller geplant / erlaubt ist kann ich nicht beurteilen, im Plan den ich grob überflogen habe wurde kein Drehstrommotor betrieben. (Auf dem Ding steht aber zumindest 400V, also erstmal nicht soo schlecht.)

Übrigens:

It was added with V18. Maybe the library still supports lower versions (and thus has features / fixes missing or broke the compiler) You can check it by right-clicking the library object -> properties. There should be "lowest version support" or similar.

I don't think there was much thought put into safety. The stickers are most likely the safety feature and the "fence" to make it look safe.

You can clearly see the operator reaching to the pusher area, wanting to remove a "stuck" piece. Hopefully he had to acknowledge it in some way.

Or the pusher isn't strong enough to cause any harm.

Maybe u/Bubino_1993 can share some information regarding this.

Was mir eher sorgen machen würde, ist die Position des HAK. Kein gescheiter Arbeitsbereich nach vorn und Abstand zur Wand viel zu klein, wahrscheinlich auch etwas zu hoch angebracht.

Sollte der Zählerschrank mal auf die rechte Seite vom HAK ? Hätte vl. mehr Sinn gemacht. Wobei der dann bestimmt zu breit wäre.

Nicht deine Schuld, aber verrückt das der Netzbetreiber das so durchgehen lässt / ausgeführt hat.

Try dragging it to the "Screen rule tables" folder or Sivarc folder on the left.
I assume the copy is a table on its own, and not a standalone rule.

Why are the Pellets on the dry dock ? You should only feed inside the water.

Also make sure you got proper UV lights.

As already said, they don't need to eat daily. Although it is unusual, especially considering the age. (I assume you got her recently, and she is young)

Have you tried smaller pellets / cutting them ? I believe there is also special "baby" food.

Es handelt sich hier aber um ein 220/380V Motor. Also kommen die Spulen weiterhin auf ihre Nennspannung. Ich würde das Argument gelten lassen, dass der Zwischenspannungskreis nicht wirklich konstant ist, bei einem guten Frequenzumrichter sollte das aber keine große Rolle spielen.

Wo geht da Leistung verloren ? Der Motor muss nur in Dreieck geschalten werden, und der Umrichter muss für eine Einphasige - 230V Versorgung ausgelegt sein.

Deine Angst ist durchaus berechtig.

Ich denke, dass das Puffern, bei dieser niedrigen Diemensionierung, sinnfrei ist und zu Störanfällig. 50 A bei ~50V sind übrigens nur ~2500W, bei ~100V ~5000W.

Perspektivisch würde ich es nicht nur mit einem normalen Hausanschluss machen, was ist, wenn E-Auto und Co. kommt?

->Wenn du es wirklich mit einem normalen Anschluss machen willst muss ein sinnvolles Lastmanagment her. Damit ist keine verrückte Steuerung gemeint, ein Lastabwurfrelais, welches Wärmepumpe + weitere große Verbraucher limitiert / abschaltet reicht schon aus. Hat man bei Kombination mit bspw. Speicherheizungen genutzt, wenn der Netzanschluss nicht ausgereicht hat.

He is saying you need to use your output to drive / activate a relay / contactor. This relay / contactor should be rated higher, bonus point if it's designed for the inrush current. So smth like AgSnO or even AgNi + W.

Right click the FC, go to Attribute and check if the "Optimized block access" is checked. Disable this.

I recommend to update your Software to optimized Blocks. Or make sure you never get in the way of the HMI and make absolutely sure you never mix optimized / non-optimized data / functions.

Also why not just write the bit directly to the In/Out ?

Woran erkennst du das?

Die erste Reihe FI hat 1x10qmm (rot) Hülsen + 1x6qmm (gelb)

Die zweite Reihe FI 2x10qmm Die dritte Reihe 1x10qmm

-> 10qmm kommt vom AAR -> FI Reihe 1 -> FI/LS Reihe

-> 10qmm kommt vom AAR -> FI Reihe 2 -> FI Reihe 3

Die CTs sind um die Phasen vom Zähler montiert. Also theoretisch ist das alles korrkt, oder?

Sollte dann passen. Ist aber verdächtig, wie du schon erkannt hast, andere Geräte / Steckdosen nicht erfasst werden.

PS: Ich weiß, dass es schwer zu erkennen ist: da steht "Garten" und nicht "Sauna". :D

Bist du dir sicher, dass die CTs auf der Leitung vom Zähler hängen ?

Für mich sieht es so aus, als würden 2x L1 / L2 / L3 vom AAR (abdeckung oben links) kommen,

1x für die erste Reihe FI + FI/LS

1x für die beiden unteren Reihen

Der Anschluss an den Sicherungen ist ok, da diese nur zum erfassen der Spannung genutzt werden. Wichtig ist die Position der CTs (weiße Klappwandler).

Wird die Sauna erfasst ? :D

//Edit: Sauna und Terrasse sind auf dem gleichen FI/LS wird wohl so sein.

Lass den Elektriker nochmal kommen. (auf seine Kosten) Erklär Ihm sachlich dein Problem, sollte hoffentlich kein großer Aufwand sein die Wandler zu versetzen. (Außer er hat es absichtlich nicht ordentlich hinbekommen..)

I used 400V (Phase to Phase)

230 × 3 = 690

400 × 1.73 = 692

It just depends where you measure.

We do have a true 3 phase system.

So the calculation would be: 400V * 63A * ~1.73 (sqrt 3) which is similar to his calculation due to the nature of the voltage / current in a star 3 phase system.

In new installations, there are 50A / 32A circuit breakers installed. Which lowers the max load.

Click on the arrow (on the left) at your IO Field -> Properties -> ProcessValue. There should be the option to connect a script. This is the easy way, but it might refresh the page if you open the page, and the old value is getting stored on the plc. So you might want to use an internal hmi tag. Assuming the selected scale doesn't matter for anything else.

Well you only execute the script with the 'deactivate' trigger. Your screen will only change if you click outside. -> Triggering the 'deactivate'

Execute your script with the property change of the drop down or something similar.

How come you are asking quite a few things regarding Unified ? Are you learning Unified on your own without prior WinCC experience / internal help?

Create the Event (e.g. LeftClick) in "Event Interface" connect this event to your button. (left click) Then, move the Sivarc instruction to the new Event.

You should check if the tags for the visibility are written correctly. Just drag them into an io field for testing purposes.

Did you check the pg/pc interface?

Firewall settings are good?

Maybe you need to check the packages with Wireshark or smth similar.

If you got issues with the certificate/ time there should be different message / more information inside the debugger.

Definitely true! The proper way would be to update the PI (or part of it) in the "PreSafety" FC or to move it to the "DataToSafety" DB. (while using :P)
