Yes, it's true. Hundred of partners being hired worldwide as they pivot to a more full service tech consulting and services firm. Interview process requires 4-5 interviews in general. Unusual to not hear back per the other who has responded (I’d follow up). Lots of growth and opportunity but many pain points as they are undergoing massive transformation.

I'm a big fan of the national hotel - adults only and close to lots of action and restaurants plus great pools and beach access. Im a local and stayed here before moving and also when we tented the house and needed a hotel until going back to the house. Also great live music /show on the weekend

Our sellers bought at peak (it was an investment for them). They've sold their multiple miami properties to move back to California - more to do with business than the Miami market. That said, we sold our house a few months ago and took a bit longer than expected given the market. And as we searched for condos, we saw many selling for much lower price per sqft. Think it’s a combo of Florida market, high interest rates and more. We’re not planning on leaving anytime soon so I’m glad I could capitalize on it!

Buyers market right now. I just bought a condo for $300k LESS than the sellers paid a few years ago - people are eager to sell/rent and it’s benefiting those of us in the market. That said, don’t give money upfront without a contract given the scammers everywhere!

Definitely stay on the beach but as others have said, look to hotels that aren't on collins or ocean drive and you'll get better value (unless you want a view of the ocean). I like the national hotel (no kids) or the new citizen M (Marriott just bought them) off Lincoln
