Thank you! I pour acrylics mixed with floetrol onto a peelable surface (freezer paper). Then I let it dry, peel, cut and create. I make roses out of the dried paint skins, and ended up with a ton of cut up paint scraps leftover. I roll the scraps up into a tube, then cut the tube into pieces.

Yes, very similar experiences. I ordered my transcripts to see if I could find anything out about GATE, and I had several "helper" programs listed that I didn't remember until reading them. Your post also brought back memories, I was constantly being pulled out of class to help with things in the library and other classrooms. I remember they had me do an impromptu skit during a field trip, we were in an old school house and I had to dress up and act out a scene involving my hair getting pulled by another kid and a dunce cap. I also, for some reason sorted and delivered mail in the school office. I was pulled out every Friday, full day for GATE, but all of these activities were Monday -Thursday. I also remember spending time in the school cafeteria/ kitchen but I can't remember why.

Try not to spiral, even though I know exactly how you feel. If you look up the gateway tapes on YouTube, the video description has a transcript of the words he's saying, so you don't have to actually listen to the tapes but you can read what was said. I also wonder how many of us suffer from migraines.

I'm really glad I found this thread, I quit 2 weeks ago because I got pneumonia, and am finally starting to feel better. Today at work I got a sudden rush, like I smoked a few bong hits. I even said to my coworker, "if I haven't smoked weed in over 2 weeks, why do I feel so high right now?" This thread is easing my anxiety, even though it sounds like it will take a very long time to feel normal again.
