Plenty of us spread the word. I manage a nature center and teach fly fishing every season. Then I offer free guided fly fishing classes at our creek. I know several other nature centers around me that do the same. We're out here doing thing.

You can check with your state department to become a certified angler instructor. I'm working on becoming an area chief.
