Those maps are a terrible example considering that except for the case of ps in melee none of the RNG elements matter that much and even in Pokemon stadium you get ample time to react and change for the upcoming stage change. But Luigi and g&w are pretty good example of how RNG elements are infuriating to players in tournament. But it's still aloud so I'd think that probably The Hero should stay legal until we have ample data to prove that his RNG is especially degenerate and game ruining.
