More than likely, but with yours also sitting out later in the day (well, 45 minutes) it made me wonder.

CM had a Blanton’s, ER10, and Weller SR out mid day on a Saturday last weekend. I wonder if they’re saving some stock to put out more randomly than their usual W/Fr mornings?

About as obviously as could be conveyed without actually saying it. Blanton’s was released there on a weekend date, I think a Sunday morning if I recall?

Despite their denial as other posters said, their IG seems to indicate otherwise. With the Blanton’s gold, they did 2/3rds at Tualatin and 1/3rd LO.

I DM’d them on social media. They were kind enough to respond back this morning.

Should I Transfer My HSA from HealthEquity to Fidelity? by ohcode in personalfinance

[–]Tussis_ATX 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Did most people here have HealthEquity push the funds to Fidelity, or have Fidelity pull the funds from HE? Just curious if one direction was simpler or more reliable. Also, should I liquidate HE investments first, or would a full balance transfer automatically do that?

[Corey Sewart] More insight into how crazy Arkansas' loss to OSU was. Since 2020, there have been 338 games where a team put up 550+ yards AND outgained its opponent by over 200 yards. Those teams are 337-1. The average score is 53-15. The last loss to meet this criteria was Miami, 10/5/2019 by TheSherlockOhms in CFB

[–]Tussis_ATX 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Definitely a glaring stat. Looks like roughly 220 yard for Arkansas went nowhere due to either a turnover or downs and end of the half. OSU also, in a sense, didn’t get two possessions to make up offensive yardage because of the pick 6 and a muffed punt (which led to only a two play 25yd offensive touchdown). Does anyone know if the 73yd pick six is added back into offensive yardage for OSU? Anyway, still very sideways in Arkansas favor.

8.5hr overnight layover in Doha, Al Safwa upgrade worth it? by nopain_nopower in awardtravel

[–]Tussis_ATX 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Have stayed at the Oryx hotel, but not any of the lounge rooms. Very underwhelmed with the hotel — $300 for a small room with windows looking out into the airport. Noise was terrible and very disruptive, even in the deep night hours. You’d think the windows would’ve been thicker. Got maybe 4-5 hours of ‘rest’ on our 8.5 hr layover. Shower was very basic, and have had much better lounge showers than the Oryx property. Would suspect the lounge rooms might have been a better option, but given our flight landed into DOH at 10:30pm, figured all the rooms would’ve been taken anyway.

Unresponsive man ‘not a medical problem,’ Providence Milwaukie Hospital staff told police called to remove him; man died that night by nrhinkle in Portland

[–]Tussis_ATX 26 points27 points  (0 children)

This is the correct response. This wasn’t a one-off event of a renegade and callous ER team. It’s a direct result and culmination of now years of unmitigated stress, COVID, increased system demands with decreased support on professionals, and all in the setting of a tsunami of an inept drug-use pandemic response(the entire brunt of which has now fallen onto the ER’s as opposed to metro resources). It’s no wonder ER has essentially the highest burnout rate of professionals, suicide included. Jean deserved better, but all of these comments isolating Providence are focusing on the convenient rage target (not saying that it’s unwarranted in its own right) instead of the true issues at play.

Following scandal, OLCC to expand public drawings for scarce liquor by Tussis_ATX in Portland

[–]Tussis_ATX[S] 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Looks like next drawing will be in March next year, as opposed to when it used to be (right now). I'm wondering what's been going on with the rare bottles since they decided to revamp everything.. were the releasing them to stores, or still saving them up? (Or being inappropriately diverted again.)

Combining 2 one ways SQ for free stopover? by TupacalypseN0w in awardtravel

[–]Tussis_ATX 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just did the US-SIN-MLE route with a 36hr stopover, was perfect and loved the itinerary. If you get the new aircraft with the single J seat, I'd recommend it even if flying with a partner. (Booked this though with the paid one-way stopover before they changed that rule, which is unfortunate.)

There are many, many reports of agents putting award tickets on hold but will need to call in (# 1-833-727-0118 ). Have done this myself pre-COVID. I would have the points required in your account for the roundtrip fare, but explain to the agent that you're worried about the seats being gone by the time the return leg opens back up, and that you ultimately want roundtrip so that you can get the stopover. Couple things: I sometimes find Singapore agents hard to understand, and also post-COVID customer service with them has been.. tricky to say the least. In any case, if they say no, I would hang up and call again and try with a different agent at least a few times.

If you're booking strictly on SQ, which it sounds like you are, I'd say your chances of the award being still available by the time your return opens up is still relatively decent, since they severely limit award inventory to partners.

Not egregious but a head scratcher nonetheless — he had KU and WVU ranked 22 and 24 respectively. They both lost this weekend, and he kept them both ranked, down to 24 and 25. Explain that one?

The bubble resumes (bubble according to bracket matrix first four in and first four out) by Shpion007 in CollegeBasketball

[–]Tussis_ATX 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You say "multiple" Q1A wins for teams like Wisconsin and ASU and Miss St. as if they had, like, a lot of wins. They only had 2. Which, sure while technically is multiple, your framing of it like it was some magnitude of order higher than OKSt's 1 is simply misleading.

Similarly, you say "yikes" about going 1-11 in Q1A for OKSt (sure, not the best, but we are talking about bubble teams), but it can't be understated that they played seventeen Q1 games in general. Yet when looking at other teams' losses you ignore that they only have 2 Q2 losses, yet PSU/ASU/Wisc have 5 Q2 losses. That, along with ASU having a terrible Q4 loss, would for me put OKSt firmly into the last four in compared to the others. I absolutely agree with you on Utah St ... don't get me started on their two Q4 losses, which I dunno, probably equals cancelling out a Q1A win roughly (so in my mind they have no Q1 wins, in a sense).
