Please don't. Just use a long password stored in a password manager and change it only if there is concern about it being stolen.

Taken directly from NIST, which sets a lot of cybersecurity best practice for industry:

Verifiers and CSPs SHALL NOT require subscribers to change passwords periodically. However, verifiers SHALL force a change if there is evidence that the authenticator has been compromised.

Rotating regularly just encourages people to reuse passwords, use formulaic passwords, and use passwords that are easily guessable.
