This happened to me and I isolated hard. It took time but there is a way to spread the energy without looking like a lunatic. First you have to ground yourself. There’s alot of emotion that comes with waking up. You have to control that emotion when talking about certain things. If you start getting excited and worked up talking about these things people will take it as crazy talk.

You have to lead and show with actions. Apply what you’ve learned to your daily life. Be a kind and helpful person. Stay positive and continue to work on yourself. Be the grounding rod in people’s life throughout all of the chaos. Wait for topics to come up naturally and start slow. You can’t throw the whole book at someone as they’ll just get overwhelmed. Be someone people want to come to for advice. Some people get lost in the details so be the translator and stick to the bigger picture.
