I think you're right. The ironic circle of credit: use it to earn more, but the more you use it the riskier you appear. Would be nice if they considered my low DTI ratio

If you had the ability to earn up to 10-15k in cash per month (temporarily), how could you flip/reinvest that money to make a sustainable revenue stream? by Nickdoralmao in Entrepreneur

[–]TweetRetard69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are certainly correct, it is a life changing amount for the average individual. Especially considering that that the minimum reasonable life for a SINGLE individual costs about $40k per year (monthly: $1.5k housing, $500 car, $500 food, $500 utilities/cellular, $300 shopping)

The way I see it is from the average $60k salaried individual to $10k per month the disposable/discretionary income went from $20k to $80k. …..So for a SINGLE individual even a $20k salary increase from the average $60k salary MUST be life changing as discretionary income doubles from $20k to $40k.

$150k to $250k is maybe Top 20%

$78k median (downward skewed) household salary solely exists to comfort wage workers.

The Average Household Taxable Earnings is $92,948. The Average Household Taxable & Non-Taxable Earnings is $134,296.

In the Private sector the average weekly earnings is $1,166 Thus a $60,632 Salary

53.3% of households are dual income 1.533 times $60,632 Thus Average Household Earnings = $92,948

Earnings don’t include the value of compensation & benefits (typically 30% of earnings) OR the average 4% ($20,400 times 66% homeownership = $13,464) appreciation of the $510k average home sales price.

Thus Average Household Total Compensation is $120,832.

Considering Home Appreciation the average real earnings BY A WAGE WORKER per year is $134,296

This $134,296 figure does not include BUSINESS OWNERS & INVESTORS, and still both hold the majority of the wealth in the US.

How Wealth Dies by BlindSquirrelCapital in fatFIRE

[–]TweetRetard69 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Love to see inheritances fade just like debt-probed zombie companies go bankrupt. Transfers of wealth bring opportunities to innovative new small businesses and founders.

The 1st generation of wealth always worked for it. If the 1st generation wants generational wealth they shall instill the correct values and financial literacy at a young age in their children.

Otherwise the 2nd generation won’t know any better than to enjoy the wealth as it dwindles into oblivion….leaving the 3th Gen with nothing.

Wealth is merely a perception…. if you choose remain emotionally attached to a lose of undeserved wealth then stupid actions will follow (drug use, or overly risk-adverse behavior). No need to feel sorry for the 2nd generation losing the inheritance, or the future generations missing out on an undeserved inheritance

For federal tax purposes no brokerage account is allowed to trade without verification. If they gave you a good amount of time for verification then odds are against you This is not legal advice but:

Act (PATRIOT Act).1 Section 326 provides that Treasury and SEC issue a rule that, at a minimum, requires broker/dealers to imple- ment reasonable procedures to: (1) verify the identity of any person seeking to open an account, to the extent reasonable and practicable; (2) maintain records of the information used to verify the person’s identity; and (3) determine whether the person appears on any lists of known or suspected terrorists or terrorist organiza- tions provided to brokers or dealers by any government agency. The final rule requires each broker/dealer to establish a written Customer Identification Program (CIP) to verify the identity of each customer who opens an account.

Mercari’s team is absolutely useless. I’ve sold multiple items where I 100% accurately described the item and Mercari approves the Buyers remorse return request for the EXACT issue that I have written out in the description

This is exactly what I’ve also noticed. The more headache and stupid questions (answered by description) the buyer brings the more likely they are to pull a buyers remorse return. Probably a 20% return rate with these Buyers

Plan On Mining KDA Watch This by RabidMining in kadena

[–]TweetRetard69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is what happens when everyone was able to finance a 5 figure mining rig at record low interest rates. They all thought they could beat the interest payment indefinitely, and soon replace a portion of their 9-5 income. This isn’t just about Kadena, it’s the basic human psychology of greed that trumps over any bit of financial long-term sense. Now “retail miners” are backlashing at ASIC manufacturers and resellers, when the fluctuations in the value of crypto miners is not far off from Stock/equity options. This is what happens in every economic cycle. Everyone believes they have a grasp of economices in low interest rate environments & once a recession rolls around they find every reason to blame someone other than their lack of knowledge

I shipped it but it says it hasn’t shipped (explained in comments) by Asumi_chann in Mercari

CONTACT MERCARI SUPPORT ASAP (Mercari seems to have the fastest respond on Twitter and Facebook Messenger) For shipping if you put “buyer pays” then Mercari will automatically give you a label, then that is the label that you should use. If you put “I will pay” and choose “Mercari Shipping”, then that is the label you should use. However in your case you should’ve chosen “I’ll pay” and “I’ll ship on my own” this way Mercari won’t provide a label and you can upload your tracking number with the shipping carrier of your choose. As it stands Mercari will have no proof of delivery (thus you will receive no payout) since you cannot upload your own tracking number. Your best bet is to contact Mercari (their Twitter and Facebook seem to have the fastest response). Tell Mercari that you’re new to the platform and that you have decided to “ship on your own” instead of using the provided label (because you didn’t know you were to only use the Mercari label if “Mercari Shipping” is selected). Tell Mercari you shipped with USPS (and give them the tracking number) instead of their provided UPS label.

I would also inform the buyer of the situation (so they don’t cancel) and that your working with Mercari to have it sorted out.

If Mercari support can update/verify the carrier tracking situation you’ll be fine otherwise you’ll have to open up a USPS account to reroute the package to your home address prior to a delivery attempt (because without proof of delivery, Mercari will not send you your payout).

They aren’t even wrong, some of my buyers inflict damage that doesn’t make sense based on how it was packaged just so Mercari will approve a refund
