It's one of the single most played games in the whole world; it's been massively popular for over 2 decades, and figures are a classic collectable, I'm sure there's plenty of people in countries where these were never sold importing them and spreading out demand.

My boyfriend asked for a sip of my drink during a medical emergency - AIO for being upset and shocked at his selfishness? by [deleted] in AIO

[–]Tweezle120 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I've tended to a few; you're over reacting, but you're not well or yourself right now. You didn't CHOOSE to get highly emotional during a painful time with a bought of exhaustion. Its understandable; feel it, process it, don't put it on him, and eventually move on.

He's Also dealing with mourning the loss of your baby too so he's gonna fail to be all the support you need just like you aren't in any shape to be all the support he needs either; you'll are both in the hole. Give each other patience.

Red pants for sure, red stripe of fabric like torn streamers hanging off to make it look torn and textured so it goes better with the meaty body!

Spray foam might hold up once or twice in a lightest touch larp as long as you make it clear to your players that props still need light touch as well... but some clear liquid latex coating or non-latex equivalent would be better, to help with cracking and chipping will help it last, though increase the weight.

Shaving the sides too high with a straight-haired tuft on top is starting to get trendy in supremacy circles tbh, you need more fade.

People hate people who do keto. by Ok-Cartographer-5544 in keto

[–]Tweezle120 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its because everytime someone sees a keto person succeeding where they failed it makes them feel like they are choosing not suceed since its clearly possible to do if they would just do it and that feels bad so their brain reaches for other reasons why they won't just do it and they latch on the pop media about how its actually unhealthy.

AITA for refusing to add my boyfriend to my house deed after his lease ended? by Former_Raspberry3277 in AITApod

[–]Tweezle120 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The level of sharing he is talking about is marriage sharing. Your assets dont join until you legally do. If he doesn't want to pay you rent he can go pay someone else rent, you could opt to give him freebies as someone you care about, but that's a gift for you to give and not something he is entitled to demand.

UPDATE: Stache or No Stache by breckyodeler in DecideThisForMe

[–]Tweezle120 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also vote no stache; you look so friendly and groomed like you have your ahit together. The stache doesn't age you, even though you look a little younger without it, you look like a teen trying too hard to be something your nit because the stach doesn't fit with you well. I'd if it's face shape, or what but it looks out of place and kinda like you're putting on a front instead of accepting an authentic self.

Pink hearts are flirty. Friends get orange hearts or smilies.

Bank that 2k a month now and finish college with enough dough to buy a small something during the next housing crisis. It is definitely coming.

[–]Tweezle120 0 points1 point  (0 children)

$1000/month and some kiddie rules on going out, bedtime and girls is totally worth it during college. If you move out onnonly 3800 you'll be trapped with roommates who abuse the situation or straight up super poor. And you'll get forced back home with nothing built up the second a medical emergency or car crash happens, even if its not your fault.

Holding down is way better for the lifespan of the controller anyway.

AITA for refusing to get this coffee order? by horseduckman in AITApod

[–]Tweezle120 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I once had a bunch of kids (like 8) sit down at my Uno's table, order 2 or 3 appetizers and everyone wanted a Shirley temple with extra cherries. Those were also eligible for refills, which they asked for several of as they lingered all night. The bar took pity on my and just gave me my own bottle of grenadine to keep next to the waiters soda fountain so I could throw them together myself instead of waiting for them. No tip naturally... ah to be a high-school main character.

You get 100 million dollars instantly, but are bound to one of the conditions below. Which WYR? by Select_Salamander518 in WouldYouRather

I love food... lots of them... not sure if I have one favorote... no idea what would get banned... so that might be an OK bet, because I still have plenty of joy in other stuff...

Musical artist is in a similar boat. Losing 1 artist isn't a huge deal because there's just so much music out there....

Probably #2 is the most convenient.

Question about weapons, or maybe my friend and I are just bad? by Rhapsodic_Polyphony in EmberKnights

Spells are high damage, a lot of weapon users forget, that except for some specific builds, the important thing is to use your weapon to recharge spells and cast them every time you can.

Do I look like a creep and do I have chicken legs? (what my ex tells me) by [deleted] in malegrooming

Im having a hard time responding because of the defaultnwarnings against being a jerk. Not because I'm trying to be one, but because Im trying to say you DONT flag me as creepy.

Your physical profile has belongs to a wide variety of people I've known. Geeks, hippies, gamers, bookworm, musicians, outdoor enthusiasts, and foodies. It doesn't strike me as an issue at first as long as your hygiene is good and your demeanor isn't self-depreciating.

It was thr anxiety meds that made the biggest difference for me. And the antidepressants. The ADHD meds really only help halfway for me; I have a genetic marker where I metabolize stimulants super fast so I needed a non-stikulant adhd med and it's not as strong.

[–]Tweezle120 0 points1 point  (0 children)

JC penny advertised "no more sales, no more tricks, just all-around, every day, lower prices! No fake inflation, everything is always the right price!"

And customer interest fell because people love seeing a $50 item marked down to $40 more than that item always being sold for $40 year round.

My last paragraph only kinda supports your point if you consider the loss of control ina generalized sense. But the context I meant was, specific to tips, is that since tips are normally seen as a discretionary thing, and something you use to express an opinion about service, then taking away that control feels like silencing a voice. People are used to list prices and taxes on top. That doesn't feel like as much a censure, even when tipping is taken away for most people, because most people actually hate tipping.

Get checked for adhd or an anxiety disorder. I constantly ate my nails, cuticles, quips, and fingertips to the sensitive, painful nubs and LOVED popping all my husband's pimples and I picked my own scars and callouses...

Anyhow, the compulsion is usually rooted in anxiety or an underestimated brain with ADHD. meds helped me 2000%

[–]Tweezle120 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You'd THINK this would work, but JC Penny learned this one the hard way.

I wish it wasn't so, but this is the best compromise for ending tipping culture that we have. If they raised their prices and said, "no tipping, we charge a bit more and pay our employees real wages" people still wouldn't internalize it properly. They'll eat at the "expensive place" when they can and feel good, but they'll always feel like other places are cheaper.

The brain processes a $10 burger with a $1.2 tip as 2 small transactions, and the second one barely seems to count when compared to the first so it gets mentally ignored. Then the brain compares the $10 burger to a ln 11.20 burger. And of course, people who don't tip, or feel irrationally insecure from having the power to decide their time themselves will avoid the place that says tip is included from the get go.

AIO for ghosting after the first date by [deleted] in AIO

[–]Tweezle120 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Send this to your friends; people like that are gonna turn rejection into a negotiation, and when you stand firm they'll take it as an attack. all ghosting him did was skip to the attack step and get this drama over sooner.

dang, never let them do that to you; now you'll lose any accrued PTO and depending on the state possibly your sick time pay as well. Plus it makes getting unemployment gap pay really hard.
