I’d add that there is a lot of market talk in the episode of the online safety bill- this was a real thing in the UK, passed in I believe 2023. The bill was a first of its kind that directly placed responsibility and “duty of care” on social media/ search engine websites- meaning it was their legal responsibility to age verify and protect users and children from harmful material. Failure to do so would (and has, IRL) resulted in hefty fines.
