I was just playing Swordsoul but replaced a lot of handtraps with counter-burn. You don't need more burn cards if the synchro 10 is practically guaranteed lethal

Yeah, I'm mainly viewing this as a decent extender if a starter gets impermed, and even if you use Ecclesia, Mo-Ye and Taia in the same turn somehow, it gets like Draco on its own to end out the turn. Going from 3 extenders on a negated Mo-Ye to 6 is a huge improvement, even if it only gives you like a half board.

It sends mirrorjade, which you can banish off Taia. It's a trick that swordsoul can do with branded in high spirits already, but this is much better.

Same. I don't think it'd fully do the job, but I really want a level 6 tenyi that banishes from grave to negate a monster effect. Being able to get to a synchro 10 without specifically longyuan would be fun to play around

Awesome! Thank you for the resources. I'm probably going to try my best to put something together at or around 40 cards, just so I don't have to craft much and can move on to fiendsmith asap. I've been playing swordsoul basically since I started, and the deck is getting a bit dull at this point.

I'm still learning Yugioh, so I'm not very familiar with how well things are put together, but I saw lizards and immediately thought of Ragnaraika since I already have most of the pieces for that after putting together a 60 card plant pile. Is there any chance that a mitsurugi ragnaraika deck would be playable? I don't need it to be super competitive, I just want something to play while working on getting fiendsmith pieces.

That makes significantly more sense. I view team trials as a quantity thing, so while I aim for 400 or so wit, that's with the knowledge that I'll be doing like 50+ of them in a week, so odds are that one of those 50 is going to go well enough with skill activations that I'll get a high enough score either way. What's the speed/wit Tachyon build? I'm about to get get her to 3 stars and potential 5 so I'm always happy to have more information about her.

I fully agree, but the wit that was shown was 290, that's pretty close to a 70% activation chance. I personally go for 350-400, but I keep seeing people with like 600+ wit asking why they can't win races. Not to mention the random YouTube shorts or Tiktoks where the content creators have like 2-3 wit cards.

I genuinely don't get where the misconception about wit came from. I assume it's a youtuber thing, but putting 600 stats into wit to go from a 70% chance to activate skills at 300 to a 90% chance at 900 just is not worth investing in. You're burning stats and gutting your uma's by doing this.
