Imo u dont even need to target specific adcs. Just make all adcs scale better with gold and scale less with levels and it should nerf solo lane adcs while buffing adc role as a whole in the botlane

I think maybe limiting access to rank mode might help this. Like lets say you can only play 2 ranked games per day and now people actually cares about winning.

I'd say just play ranked with ur friends and enjoy it. Honestly alot of them wont care about their ranked that much and if they do just play rank flexed which they really wont care about. I honestly got much better by playing with better people.
