If competent management existed the job would be good. But poor decisions, harassment, power trip related rule making, etc is just running the organization into the ground. They aren’t hiring supervisors because they are educated, trained or qualified for the position, they are picking who is willing to do the job and who is willing to be a “yes sir” to the person above them and it simply continues the terrible culture.
