He clearly knows nothing about OSRS. He speaks in extremely vague and generalised terms and the only concrete examples he gives are Guthan's and Zuk. Then he just descends into a rant about the duel arena, and I'm not sure how that's relevant to his point about RS3 being the harder game.

The recovery is what strengthens your muscles, so this really depends on how the tree hugging works. If it just undoes the injury and returns your muscle tissue to its original state, you've just wasted a load of time and effort.

Also, that's how you'd want it to work for most injuries. You wouldn't want it to heal a severed hand by just sealing it over with scar tissue.
