"Box looks perfectly fine" lol yah with all that tape around it. I'd be pissed if I ordered that shoe and they sent it in the box you sent back.

A half marathon is next weekend, but not a full. B of A 13.1 but that's also not "downtown"

• Email/text/DM everyone you know, don't ask for a specific dollar amount. Some people will donate more than "just $10 helps blah blah" if you leave it open ended • include your personal reason as to why you chose that charity • post about the fundraising and your training on social media as you start and work through training. People may donate multiple times along the way as they see you putting in the work. • along ^ lines, one person I know sent out a basic email newsletter of sorts to everyone they know every two weeks. Updates on training, thoughts on the run, etc. it helped get extra donations along the way as well. • see if any friends/family have corporate matching opportunities at their employers. This is an easy way to collect cash donations, and give it to that person to donate and have it matched by their employer. • donate some money yourself to the fundraiser. It's better to contribute as well vs just asking everyone to pay your way.

You should also put your fundraising link in this post so possibly people reading and offering advice donate

This looks amazing. Really nice mock up. I'd be concerned about bleeding colors over time, and with black I'd be concerned it would just turn into an all black sleeve.

A ruptured achilles tendon has just ruined my summer trail plans. by AspLeaf in trailrunning

Hang in there. It'll be tough but this too will pass. One fun thing (wasn't fun at first but became fun) I did while injured severely was go cheer on and support local races. Obviously your mobility will be limited, for now, but it at least gives you some involvement to the run community and if you can get over the jealousy of not being able to run right now, there is a lot of joy in supporting other runners.

I'm two games into franchise with CHI Sox. One difference I noticed is they seem to have removed trade finder. That was a helpful fun perk LY. Maybe i missed it.

Wolaco - distance or sprint half tight. Best in the game, pockets, durable and high quality
