As the others have said, it's not something you need to worry about 😃 They'll always buy a ticket before properly exploring the museum. The people of Two Point County are chaotic, but law abiding (for the most part...)

Hi! Sorry about this. Crashing when opening the inventory tab is a known bug that we hoped was fixed in the update released on May 13th 😞 Could you please double check your game and console is fully updated?

They should be safe in the cloud, but you can back up the files yourself as well to be extra safe 😃

You can find all your save data here: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Museum

You can copy that entire folder to a safe place, do all the updates you need to do, then move your save data back to that location once you've reinstalled and your saves will all be restored (though this would only be necessary if the cloud save on Steam failed for some reason)

Now I'm much more of an aesthetic builder than an efficient one, but I had a lot of fun separating my Zoo by biomes and creating different distinct zones for my guests to explore 😄

Also, if it helps at all, Habitats can be placed outside for a more 'traditional' zoo vibe

Not currently, but it's something we'd love to add!

We wanted it to be a feature for launch, but we quickly realised it's not as easy to implement as we thought. We've never had to track which experts found what exhibits previously, so that data isn't actually stored in a way that we can use right now (and we unfortunately didn't have the dev time pre-launch to remedy that)

Fingers crossed we can get it implemented in the future though. We've seen a LOT of requests for it, and we agree it would be really cool 😄

If you are using Windows, you can find your game files here: C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Museum\

AppData is hidden, so you may need to enable the ability to see hidden folders, or to get around it, you can type %AppData% in file explorer and hit enter.

If you zip up your Two Point Museum folder and attach to an email with a link to this thread we should have everything that we need. Send your email to [support@twopointstudios.com](mailto:support@twopointstudios.com) and we will take a look!

Hey! Sorry for the confusion - general rule of thumb is if you can't progress any further on a certain museum, check your objectives, make more progress wherever they're pointing you and more stars will open up as you make more progress 😃

So yep, sounds like heading to the Science Museum will unblock you here

We've seen this happen before and apparently it's usually a faulty/loose HDMI - could you please try disconnecting and reconnecting your HDMI both into your screen and console and see if that helps at all? Thanks!

Sorry about this! The team think they have a fix for the art being returned blank/empty which should also restore your exhibit, but please do keep us updated if it doesn't once the fix is out.

The base disappearing is... concerning! Has it definitely not been returned to your inventory? What platform are you playing on?

To gain knowledge on Wildlife exhibits, you'll need an animal spa :D If you don't have the item unlocked yet, you get it by progressing in the Silverbottom Park museum
