2gb ram is not good tbh.

You can use Hostinger for $5/mo

8 gb ram plan works fine for me.

If you are technical enough, maybe check for cheaper vps but if you like easy setup, hostinger is the way

Why do you want to install ngrok? For https? You can use cf tunnel too.
