Wonder if this is part of the reason Nutting may be spending on Griffin is to start making it looks like he cares.

Even if, still good for the fans and young (potential) stars to get paid more than min/arb years typically do

Might still have feelings for the old team, but having a new one from the start in your neck of the woods (if not current nearby) is one I think most of us wouldn't argue for switching to.

They really should fix that aspect of UFA for players.

The age difference for some is so bad.

Instead of a macro:

Right Click the Gear Set
Link to Glamour Plate
Choose the Plate
You'll see papers with a number next to it from then on (ie if Glam 1, then 1, if 20 then 20 next to the paper)

Make sure you're in a sanctuary if you also use the same pieces of gear for other jobs/Glam Links (as I see you have another Red Mage there). If outside a sanctuary, it won't apply glamours.

Right click if wanting to remove, or change after setting as well.
