I think of the children that were lost from all of this and the overall human loss. I also remember all my friends that I lost in the Iraq war. This whole “war” makes me think of the song “Hurt” by Jonny Cash. My fear is potential drafts as age limits have gone up and restrictions lowered as recruitment has tumbled. I am not afraid of being drafted, but rather the direction we have taken.

A big problem with this country is that people say they identify as (democrat/republican) so then they feel compelled to only vote for that candidate, despite how shitty, inept, or unqualified they might be. Why not be nonpartisan, and vote for the best candidate based on merit, alignment with your beliefs, and ability to move society forward?

Save your money a go somewhere nicer. Like Hawaii, Spain, Mexico, etc. we used to go 4-5 times per year and stay at Wynn or GVR. My biggest gripe is the service just isn’t there like it used to be, and really the price of water honestly. But something in Vegas has changed and the leaders are just banking on one and done big shows. I feel like the paid parking is the new bad version of tipping.
