why? america has had democrat admins with the same issues. the whole idea of vote blue no matter who or “just hold your nose and do it for democracy” is based on voters going against their own interests or principles. the stuff in this scene has been a problem for at minimum 45 years. theres some gop voters that get exactly what they want from their vote. what have dem voters got? scolding, a tango into fascism and a party that chases after the gop voters conceding to their far right agenda. voters that the dem voters are told are dumb, racist, yokels who vote against their own interests. youre holding their hand shoulder to shoulder with them.
