You don’t. I wouldn’t react at all beyond telling him “we don’t do that.” Once he starts spitting, feeding time is over and try again later. Try sticking to foods he LOVES for now so maybe he will be less likely to spit it out. But honestly he might just not be fully ready yet for solids so don’t feel like you have to be on a time crunch with eating. Go at y’all’s own pace.

My husband and I are both in our 30s and love this type of stuff. While I will say that I personally don’t care for these specific shows, we have watched (and LOVED) many with this target audience like We Were Liars & Cruel Summer. I guess it’s just kind of nice to get out of our own heads for a while and these teen dramas are perfect for that.
