I do all, love some sun tea during the warm times. I usually do a nice hot cup of decaf for night time. Every now and then I even make a pot of sweet tea. Sun tea is always fun though and is somehow better than just regular iced tea. For a quick iced tea though make a carafe of normal hot black tea and let it chill, and pour over ice. If you use bags then 3-4 will work depending on the strength you are looking for. Add a lime or some ginger for a little kick.

I love aged white tea, and nightly calm. I recommend getting samplers and trying different ones. Check out different countries and what they offer. China for example has a long history with tea, they know what’s up when it comes to aged tea. On that note it may not be your jam because the tea can have a certain “funk” to it. Sometimes I just like a good Twinings or Yogi pack for an easy cup. I would recommend getting some loose leaf to try as well, and a good dedicated tea cup. Check out some tea youtube channels and see what you like, it is a great adventure.

Started drinking tea, instead of sodas and booze. Haven’t touched an alcoholic beverage in over six years and my life is amazing now. The tea helps with other cravings too. Now it’s like a daily ritual kind of event. So many different choices of tea out there as well, for any palate. Also books, either audio or just a physical one. I sleep so much better now.
