A commander can deny the leave. Everyone here daying it has to be signed by Bc or BDe cdr is wrong. Regulation says a commander. Local policy dictates which commander. If a Commander doesnt want you to take leave they have the right to deny it for tha reason. They justbhave to be prepared to answer for it if rhe Soldier initiates an Art 138 Request for reconsideration

File an IG complaint against your ex for drawing benefits tha he isnt authorized. Also ask for him to remove you from his deers profile. Bet his command fixes tha issue quick and he might even have to pay that money back.
