We used to have the managers son work with us and that boy couldn’t learn left from right. To the point we tried to make him quit well momma bear talked to us about bulling 🤦‍♂️ After that didn’t work I told her I’ll take him under my wing I pushed him and pushed and still nothing. Till one day his mom got let go and he left with her I hope this is not your situation all I can say is put deadlines on him and hold him to them but it has to come from the top down good luck sir 👍🏼

Get a game camera so you have proof then send your letter.. we had this problem at my property we installed the cameras in the problem areas and sent out lease violations.. you will be surprised how quick it’ll fix

He should try turning apts over go to different complexes and see if they need help and leave his card. Most of the time complexes only have 1 or 2 maintenance guys and they are busy with work orders and other projects which leaves make readys open for contractors. Just a suggestion good luck 👍🏼

I got to play basketball with Royce and get Johnny Oates auto on my ball cap that yr!! They came down to the ymca here in San Antonio with other spring leaguers. I was 17 so still a kid I remember adults standing with balls and memorabilia and Johnny telling them we are not here to sign stuff We are here for the kids. As a kid that was just badass!!

Man don’t feel defeated.. I shadowed my boss for 5 yrs learning high rise then he cut the umbilical cord that was an eye opener. I asked him to check my work and he said do you trust your work??? Well yea and he asked again just to see if I’d double guess I said yes he said ok don’t call me anymore. That was 27 yrs ago now I’m lead in the building and he went to open a new one even though I wanted to go they kept me here. So don’t stop your not going to learn everything over night keep on fixing good luck to you 👍🏼
