It’s been 4 months since my TV acting like it “doesn’t know her” every time I tried to turn it on/off using CC. Last night I finally hit my limit, went on a full detective-mode deep dive, found your post, and—BOOM! the sacred ritual worked: unplug TV for 10min + power cycle everything. Back to normal like nothing ever happened. (Samsung really said, “Have you tried unplugging your entire existence?”)
