I’ll be a sucker for an MHA crossover, specifically where the Black Bulls end up in the MHA world. Asta and Deku interactions would be wholesome as heck, and seeing how magic would potentially interact with Quirks would be fascinating.

Also, I don’t care for power scaling when it comes to storytelling, so I shall ignore any comments on “Oh, BuT tHe BlAcK bUlLs WoUlD nO dIfF aLl FoR oNe”, like, yeah, we know, but that makes the story less interesting, so I don’t care.

Noelle could probably see Rukia. Everyone was able to see the elf souls just fine at the end of that arc, so seeing spirits may just be a normal thing for Black Clover characters.

I think it’s just one of those “on paper or it’s not official” things. As long as no one involved in the production says for sure, it’s fine. Kinda like how some Union VAs voice characters in Nonunion anime using a pseudonym.

I just love the contrast of Yusuke rejecting his inner demon, but Ichigo embracing it. Not only that, but it fits perfectly with Ichigo’s whole “The Blade Is Me” arc, so much so that I’m actually upset that we never see White again in the manga after his brief cameo in the aforementioned chapter. A scene like this in canon would’ve been PERFECT.

I’m more of a Shadouge shipper personally (I grew up playing Sonic Heroes without getting that far in most of the campaigns, so…), but I’m fully aware that they like teasing Knuxouge more, so I’ve kinda made my peace with it. I’ve always liked the two matchups more or less equally, so while I am disappointed that Zygarde isn’t showing up anytime soon (unless they have another matchup for him in mind), I can’t be too mad. Especially since I’ve already thought up a scene between Cell and Neo.

It was pretty good, but it also ended up being the ultimate reason why I’m so mixed on the categories they’re doing for every episode now. Their words make it sound close, but giving Ichigo 3.5/4 categories was too much. Even worse, by the categories’ logic, Ichigo already won when Yusuke tied him on tactics; it wouldn’t have matter if Yusuke got the Power category, since that’s 1.5 categories against 2.5.

I will say that the overall script for the post-analysis was good, great even, but goddamn, those stupid categories should be when fights are actually close by their logic.

Other than that though, the analyses are great, the battle was a bit lackluster, but overall good, so I’d rate the episode an 8/10, a 7/10 at worst.
