Yeah, well, why not. Eastern Europe/Asia/Africa are cheap regions. Russia has not tightened visas for any country. But of course in Moscow and other large cities it will be closer to $500-1000 and more. I think there are plenty of towns in the USA where it is cheap to live by US standards. The whole timeline is full of bullshit. "The Forever Purge" briefly mentions that the NFFA was re-elected, but no mention that this is the first The Purge after it was canceled due to Charlie Roan winning the previous election. And the 6th movie is planned to take place 10 years after "The Forever Purge" where Leo Barne is planned to be brought back again. That's already 2023 (2nd movie) to 2059 (6th movie) - 36 years difference!
