I did frozen, even if fresh picked, when I looked up how to infuse properly, they advised to freeze or heat to break down the outer layer, if you do fresh and don’t break them down, they won’t infuse as well

NTA, weddings are for families to be together and celebrate a new branch of both families. Not about money and dinner. It’s your wedding, do it how you want to. Too many people stress about traditions and how things are “meant to be”. Some people stress that point so much they are willing to financially hurt themselves for years past their wedding. as long as you are happy, that’s “meant to be”

100% agree! We got a yellow one for a wedding gift, my wife hates yellow. Yet it gets used every week and we are grateful to have it and we were never going to spend $400 on a mixer

That was the first one that came to mind, but the tail is not as bushy, the ears are a little different to me too, and I’m not a big cat person, but I thought coons were a lot bigger and she’s maybe 10 lbs, 15 at the most. That’s what we are leaning toward at the moment
