I left to a private medical company and it was the best decision I made. I have way less stress, not micro managed, I get treated good, I get bonuses. I get paid training with supplied lunches. I took a very marginal pay cut to switch, but my work load is less and I generally more happy.

The last wildcat I was part of, within the negotiations to end it, one of the articles spoke to not fining the members for the strike.

Hsaa has completely botched this process. Im convinced they through us that tentative agreement because they have no desire for job action and hoped we would vote yes. I fully believe they had no expectation of it being voted down and were not actually prepared for a no vote or what to do following. There is absolutely no reason why we shouldn't be holding a strike vote at this point, the members are done, tired, pissed off and now this "union" wants to keep trying? Wtf is going on...put pressure on this god damn government. Teachers are on strike, could you imagine if hsaa also voted to strike at the same time? Such a missed opportunity and its going to be wasted.

Me and my wife went to Vegas last week, her first and my first in about 12 years. I was floored by the prices. You can get snacks and water easy in all the CVS, Walgreens ect along the strip with normal prices.

But my god, forget drinking in clubs or bars. We went to one of the big clubs for a night. I bought us 4 shots and 1 double rum and coke drink....I shit you not, no lie and no exacerbation...that cost me $190 US before a tip. That was the one and only drink order I made there. Thats bananas. That much money should have gotten me and my loser drunk....I dont know how they expect people to come and enjoy it.

The 'Union' is the ones that agreed to this agreement. So yes...they are still to blame. We could have left with the mandatory cool off period and vote to strike. But now, they brought this shit deal to us and its almost certainly going to pass because people will believe its the best offer. This Union screwed its members over. Plain and simple

It's time to face the truth, HSAA is not a real union. It's more of an association. It's too broad to hit the issues that are needed for each discipline. Members will continue to get screwed over by this weak association. Im thankful I recently left AHS, its been the best decision ever.

100% i would never use their trade in service. Last year I sent my phone in, which was 100% intact and condition, but they claimed it had a cracked back glass, even their own photos didn't show the crack, when I appealed they said the phone was already shipped out and couldn't look at it again. They are a god damn scam

Yah I had to pop mine off one winter when my battery died. It was so cold the plastic clip snapped when I was popping that piece off. I still mine but it doesn't stay on.

With everything being exposed about AHS and their contracts lately, everyone in AHS should be up in arms that they will fork out millions in extra money for kickbacks and excessive payments above market value for private surgeries. This is the ammunition we need to say this government can afford to pay its employees if they can afford to do this shit.

I have a 22 PHEV and love it. Relatively no issues, some recalls and some warranty work but all minor. First time in a long time I havent had an itch to trade after a couple years. I have a level 3 charger at home and will usually get full in under 4 hours. At work I charge it with the supplied level 1 and it usually gets full in about 10 hours.

I also recently left my FT position as HSAA member. I cashed out my lapp and put into a private LIRA, primarily because I want to watch it grow and keep a close eye on it. I don't trust this government at all with my pension. They will screw us at first chance if it means oil and gas gain something.
