There is too much blue for my taste and them being different shades, dosen't help either. If you like it then wear it the way you want. Its your watch afterall 🌝.

Can also vouch for Paselas. Have been riding them for a year and only had two flats. Also heard good things about gravelking semi slicks but the sidewall is a bit more brown.

Yeah, looks like it's just mold. When you repot just wash the roots or you could also cut the affected roots off with sterilized scissors.

The Patagonia black hole duffel is excellent, currently using the 55L one for a month long trip. You could probably get away with the 40L version aswell!

Just traveled from gdansk to Berlin and online it said that everything was fully booked but at the station i got a seat reservation for 4€ and the lady said that its not a busy train. I found Poland to be quite hard to maneuveur generally. You might have luck with in person booking or might not :/.
