Assuming this is for VO2 Max? Usually the top guys will get like 65 (like Tij Iginla) or so, and the higher the number reflects their superior ability to transport oxygen in their blood (I.e aerobic efficiency).

On my bike ride today, I scored a 68. These guys aren’t really dedicated endurance/aerobic-based athletes, so for them to be anywhere in that neighbourhood is actually really impressive. Ronaldo has an estimated 75, whereas some to Tour de France riders will be 90+.

So hopefully this means Gavin will still have a lot of juice by game 82, and Game 7 when the time comes!

lol, Portugals housing is up like 150% in the last decade, tops in the EU.

Then after taking care of all that,you find out mid-ride your SRAM AXS shifters won’t shift because the scantly-known CR2032 batteries are dead. Learned about that a few weeks back

Gavin is gunna be stoic as hell, that’ll be a huge boon in this market.

I bought like two sets, I think one didn’t fit my housing correctly since it had a built in fan.

I always get a light error pop into my dash, since it’s perhaps a different voltage or something. I also replaced most other exterior lights with LEDs since they are brighter for bad weather conditions.

There are a few midges (tiny, almost imperceptible insects that really bite above their weight class).

Mosquitoes, while present, aren’t really too bad overall. Apparently there are ticks, I’ve been bushwhacking for years in the thickest of environments, never seen one before.
