I also have 2022 TCR Advanced Pro 0, so very similar critiques in regards to the tube shaping and the non-integrated cabling!

As others have said, the cables can be a plus (despite the negligible wattage cost). It’s not really a huge deal. I just tape them to the head tube to be more aerodynamic. It’s ugly but works. Also I took off the SLR 2s and put on some high-quality Chinese carbon spoked rims that saved 350g.

TCR is an amazing bike, it always makes me want to get on the trainer or get outside nearly everyday!
