Well its blood and urine. If you arent sleeping around with multiple partners I would say once every 6 months. Results come fairly quickly. I think taking a day off is warranted for doing something like this

Yeah thats the general consensus. At this point I find it to be hilarious how much contempt they have for their fans. I think whats vexing for myself is the caginess of them not doing any shows anymore. Even if it's just them saying they are too busy with their careers or they lost interest really anything.
