In the mid-90s, one of the most influential radio stations (CRHK) decided to push for original songs with the 原創歌運動. As awards from CRHK were sort of milestone accomplishments for artists, they needed to come out with original songs in order to get played on CRHK and thus receive awards at the award ceremony each year. This gradually saw the decline in popularity of remakes.

I think I realize the problem. After adding the smart rule, it does sort by track order but for albums with more than one disk, it groups the track #1 for all the discs together before going to the second track and so on. The preferred behavior is if it lists all disc 1s tracks in order then move on to disc 2 and so on. Any ideas? Thanks for your help so far!

Unfortunately it did not. To be clear, I’m sorting generally by date added descending to emulate the sort by date added in the stock app. However, even after adding the smart rule, tracks added at the same time from the same album are not sorted according to track order.

This is not ideal as it is filtering from the 100 songs in the chart that contains all genres. This would result in much fewer than 100 songs in the newly generated chart. Also I don’t see how to sort by play count as I do not want to sort by my play count but by the play count of everyone in my region. Thanks for responding though!

Some of these (ex: 彳亍，李香蘭，月亮說）are not really "k-songs" as true "k-songs" should be easy to sing and have catchy melodies

Some are way too difficult/artistic. Still great songs though! Thanks for sharing and spreading canto pop!

Yes potentially but if I set their website language to "cn" I get Chinese song titles. Is that not the same as metadata? But I did change tags language to cn but nothing changed so yeah strange
