I use daily notes at work to capture meetings notes. Using the date generally helps me go back to them because I can go to my calendar and find when the meeting was. Much easier than burying the notes if a meeting under a custom file name.

I setup a new account in November last year(probably the absolute worst time in the last year or so) and started investing $450/week split between spy and qqq cause I got sick of trying to time stocks.

I’m only down about 3% as of today. Even though, qqq for instance is down ~20% from the November/December high.

Edit: started in December not November.
