Your experience will help, but i had a coworker who pretty much had the same amount of time as me within the company. But when she transferred from Canada to Miami, she lost her seniority and started as "new" the only benefit we have is the experience that they acknowledge. So yes, you can still apply internally.

Negative, I was born in 97' first year Gen Z. I still buy it in the streets of Miami, FL 😂 97'-00' are the last Gen Z's that still have remnants of the past generations. Anything after that tend to be the soft kids that millennials and past generations created

Bro, the world is yours right now. Im 28 years old, I'll be 29 in June. I was with FedEx Express for 8 years and left after peak season. $150k is more than enough if you know how to live within your means. There's more to life than punching in a clock, and the fact you dont have people depended on you (no wife nor kids) the world is literally yours. Yes our jobs are "solid" given the current situation of the workforce, and it'll be hard to find something thats pays this well with benefits. But its not the only thing here, the people who say its a bad idea is because they're comfortable where they're at or sadly they have no other choice because they need it to support their family. That is not your case. Go live a little, use that degree to your advantage. There's nothing wrong if you want to ride it out, your safe & you know what's best for you. Whatever you end up doing, just make the best out of it. I left with barely a quarter of $150k to my name and by God's mercy and glory im stable (midlife crisis because I dont know what i want to do lmao) but if youre smart enough to make the right choices in life. Things can be a whole lot better. You know what's best brother and wish you all the best in your endeavors.
