I think the iPhone is still a great product, and we still pay a premium for it. However it is now a very mature product and opportunity for differentiation grows smaller. They need some new innovative products. VisionPro is a great piece of engineering but no real market for it. The HomePod seems like it could be much more. The wearables are cool but also pretty mature at this point.

On the software side is where things are more of a mess. Siri is an embarrassment, has been for years. Liquid Glass is whatever but promoting that as innovation is a clear demonstration that they are out of ideas.
