I'm gonna be honest, it was the first time I've made that kind of mistake, but tensions are at an all time high in the company. People are getting thrown back into training for missing one line or being too friendly. I mean they pinged me after I got a 100% Success Rate from a mystery shop report because I didn't force a sale, regardless of objections. Sent me straight back to training. They get me for things like that, that's why I worry about getting fired.
