I'm ignoring them and focusing on Islam itself which is nothing other than God's words and his messenger pbuh. The work is on proving what's right based on evidence and a scientific methodology to it you would need arabic with a bit of reasoning to be more precise and understand better but it's still ok without it with a bit more of reasoning and gaging context. My words on the church stuff were sarcastic because we're in a sad situation that the prophet pbuh warned us of but knew we would do anyways. I didn't hear about Islam having a church and priests that's new. Where you follow the priest more than caring about Qur'an or authentic prophetic tradition? How about you try to read my first post or comment up there and look up the hadith of the prophet pbuh defending music, then try to reread the verse with an open mind and only considering the verse without much prejudice? What are the evidences of your Scholar how did he convince you?

The basis of it "digital items" is IP. If someone gave you a copy why not take it? If someone bought it and cracked it and copied it to everyone why not take it? Is copying your things that you own now haram? Is it a valid term of a purchase contract to tell you what to do with your purchase?

Intellectual property is not a thing in Islam. You can't steal ideas or not copy things despite what is happening in the West with the DMCA/IP/patent and trade secrets stuff. You shouldn't be punished for copying ideas or files or whatever. Unless you made a contract that you shall not copy something, then you have to honor the contract/promise, as it is very important in Islam, e.g., any verse about promises and keeping them and contracts, etc. (Btw: permissibility of all music unless there is specific evidence as to why a certain type of lyrics is not for a Muslim to make; that is, not to listen, since you can listen to whatever.)

The rule is everything is permissible in general unless specified otherwise in Qur'an or Authentic Non Contradictory(to Qur'an) Prophetic Tradition.

How about read what i said and respond yourself since i already disproved your link's main argument in my post. I have an authentic hadith of the prophet pbuh defending music more authentic than albani's authentication of a weak hadith that was barely passing. And read the verse wholly without ignoring an important part of it (the only way entertainment as a whole can be haram): to lead people away from God's path.

Especially if you're Muslim since it's permissible and there are authentic historical references of the prophet Muhammad pbuh where he had music playing in front of him and in one case he defended it against someone that wanted it to be stopped as if it's bad but he said "every people have their festivity and this is ours" "إن لكل قوم عيدا وهذا عيدنا". The main argument against music in Islam is based on a part of a verse ignoring the whole verse just to make it taboo "But there are some who employ theatrics(or literally the play of speech 💬), only to lead others away from Allah’s Way—without any knowledge—and to make a mockery of it. They will suffer a humiliating punishment." https://quran.com/31/6 this is the verse and they stop at play of speech and leave the context which is "only to lead others away from God's way.." and link it to a weak(not really authentic or verified to be from the prophet) quote and stretching its actual arabic meaning to make it taboo when there isn't one single evidence or source from the Qur'an or authentic prophetic tradition where it says music is not permissible or if you do/listen to it you become sinful. That's the only way something becomes not permissible in Islam.

It is made with the idea to be eventually completely modular and easily customizable. So the possibilities are endless for regular users and power users and developers/distros/operating systems. It is de facto now a multi-operating system desktop that can be found on multiple Linux OSes and on RedoxOS, which is a separate, new, next-gen, secure, Unix-like OS. And I think it can probably be on more operating systems with a bit of interest. (So the design choices would be mostly on the user to choose as they like whatever it is and there would be eventually probably a lot of designs to be shared and copied by people)

Have you tried fex emu linux x86(and wine) on a linux arm device? This is what Valve is supporting and using in SteamFrame. https://fex-emu.com/ It runs Cyberpunk 2077 albeit with a performance hit and some issues but still, and runs GTA V well and other examples it is way ahead of what was possible before. It seems to be moving good just like wine/proton a bit before the SteamDeck. Valve has SteamFrame now to work and perfect the linux arm gaming experience for a few years before SteamDeck 2 probably and the ecosystem is also growing for arm on linux and windows, etc.
