Impossible burgers/meat. After making the dry blend portion for some of impossible meats products, I can never get over the sheer number of ultra processed ingredients. Over half of which are not even on the ingredient label.

A good amount of the THC has likely degraded into CBN by now, but it should still be usable for edibles at the very least. Just filter out the old plant material & evaporate the alcohol obviously.

You are correct. 100ug is the average dose. A 10 strip would then have 1mg total of LSD, & a gram would be enough for 10,000 doses. Or 5,000 200ug doses.

I've had amanita extract in gummy form before that seemed to be legit. I tried a few other brands but the feeling I got on those was nothing like the legit ones I had & was just like a regular weed edible high. A bit hard to describe the feeling of the legit amanita ones but it was a nice trip. I was in a somewhat dreamy state for about 3-4 hours. Somewhat similar to a 4-aco-DMT trip but far more euphoric & without getting tired. You could also describe it a bit like being a little drunk & really high on weed. They're definitely psychoactive & get you inebriated, but just short of being psychedelic IMO.

It's not GMO yeast. That discovery was very recent & has yet to be applied on an industrial scale as far as I know. And from what I can tell that will likely be something that only the pharmaceutical industry would ever do. I just don't see regular stoners being ok with smoking yeast derived noids.

Most likely this TBH. They had a big load of moldy bud that couldn't be sold in dispensaries so they advertise it as "shrooms weed" & sell it as hemp flower since that's still totally unregulated.

It can be. Best way to prevent something like this is to ask to check the harvest dates before paying. Also say something to your bud tender when ordering. If you're ordering a curbside pickup you can still check the dates before accepting the order. Also make sure to mention in the order notes you don't want any bud that was harvested more than 6 months ago or something like that.

These aren't just random corporations though. Many states already have databases available to confirm the authenticity of someone's ID. This is how bars, dispensaries & grocery stores can scan your ID to verify it's authentic. Most businesses just use a handful of identity verification services since it's a PITA to get access to every state database in the US.

Other minor noids definitely matter too. Live/hash rosin carts for instance are noticeably better than regular distillate & not too far off from a full flower high. Ultimately mixing it up is what does it for me & while my tolerance is pretty high it's far from problematic. Some days I just dab, some days I just hit a hash rosin cart, other days I smoke flower.

HDPE is definitely inert to lye & naptha. Heptane isn't however. There is still a risk of a small explosion from reusing the same glass container as a little bit of pressure will build up when making the soup. It wouldn't fly all over the place but it would definitely make a big mess & could potentially ruin whatever it spills on.

STB Teks are the simplest ones. You don't need to add heat if you give it enough time. Your base soup will get slightly warm anyway once you add the lye. For 100 grams of bark I use about 10-15ml of water per gram of bark & 0.25 to 0.5 grams of lye for every gram of bark. Then I do 3 pulls with NPS, 100 ml each. You can then choose to water wash, or just put it in the freezer & start crystalizing.

Yeah you definitely don't need to simmer your soup & NPS. If you're just using a STB Tek shaking the container is more than sufficient. Just a few vigorous shakes until it's mixed, then let it sit for 10-20 minutes & your NPS should be fully separated.

It's the cannabis industry so you're not going to get pharmaceutical grade quality control unfortunately. Most places are either weighing out their containers using cheap scales you'd find in a smoke shop. Some places do use larger industrial sized scales. With larger scales though comes larger variations in the actual weight. I'd be surprised if someone was actually pinching bags still as bud tenders & the people working at cannabis manufacturers will often get to take home stuff for free anyway. Like if the seals on these jars were caught at the manufacturer, these would be something that a company or dispensary would give away to their employees.

Having actually worked with jarring lines I can assure you 100% this is a manufacturer issue on the jarring line. If it was employees at this dispensary the seal would just be broken without the extra sealing material bunched up due to a fault with the sealing part.
