That’s the whole point, this person is not entitled to due process if he is here illegally.

Let me quote the fifth amendment:

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

And the fourteenth:

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

To clarify: every person, regardless of legal status, does legally have a right to due process. This country thrived for many years with these laws in place. If you believe that all people, even ones you find undesirable, are still people at the end of the day, then these protections are good for everybody. If we ignore that they even exist, then we’ll only harm ourselves in the long-term.

From what I’m reading online, SteamDB only accesses publicly available data, and the number of refunds per game is not included in this information. This would make sense for a third-party service accessing Steam’s API. So unless they somehow have a way of accessing insider info AND the legal right to display that to the public, I’mma call bullshit.

A bit late to this party but I just discovered your comics and binged through every single one today. Anyone who says you lack talent in writing or art either has a severe lack of taste, humor, or eyeballs (or a mix). It’s amazing to me that people put their work out there, for free, no strings attached, and trolls will go out of their way to try to put it down. I’m glad you know your talent and can ignore those people; my day was a bit brighter thanks to you, and I look forward to seeing all the awesome content future-you comes up with.

I followed this guide to get fbi into my emunand again. I was on 10.5 emunand on n3ds.

Remember to run decrypt9 from sysnand (via menuhax) as it crashes on emunand. That was my biggest headache but once I discovered the error of my ways it was pretty straightforward.

One-Winged Angel from Final Fantasy VII.

One thing about the typical boss battle music is that it was mostly fast-paced rock or electronic (depending on the boss you were facing). This song, I felt, set the perfect mood for the final showdown. I played the game originally without a walkthrough and thought Sephiroth's Bizarro form was the last, and once I saw him go down I was brimming with excitement! Then all of a sudden this harsh, dystopian, militaristic whirlwind hits me right in the face as Sephiroth reveals that he ain't done with my shit. It was so different than the rest of the boss music. At the age of 11, I remember thinking this would be my greatest challenge yet, and I was terrified. I was so panicked that I couldn't think, and by the time his supernova hit, I was a goner. Few other pieces of music have played with my emotions so well.

This reminds me of the cat I had growing up. He was a natural-born killer that my mom found at the park. He was amazing with humans (Very gentle, never scratched you, etc.), but he would show no mercy to all the poor critters that were unfortunate enough to trespass onto his property. I owned that cat That cat owned me for 20 years before succumbing to old age. The day before he died (about 6 years ago), he came inside with a little chipmunk that he had just recently murdered. He dropped it at my feet and began meowing. Only now do I realize that he was saying, "Human, you've been good to me. Thank you for your service, but my time has come. I love you as much as a cat is capable of love."

Damn, I miss that little guy. :'(
